Mr. Palumbo did an excellent job keeping my licence clean. Well worth his service. Highly recommened, especially if you’re in the cranford area of NJ.
Awsome lawyer Highly recommend You will not be disappointed .My Son’s case was dismissed thanks to his diligence work worth every Dollar..His Secretary is a Gem as well.❤Thank you both.
During my consultaion, Mr Palumbo assured me that he could get all my charges dropped except misdemeanor possession of marijuana under 50 grams amd that i would end up with a fine up to $800. He assured me my license would not be suspended. When it came time for court yesterday, he showed up an hour late to start. Then he started asking me all the same basic questions he asked me in my consultation. It made me very uneasy that he didnt remember anything at all about me or my case, only two weeks after i hired him and paid $1500. After haggling with the prosecutor, i ended up with THREE charges, $1200 in fines and a 6 month suspension. When i got to the clerk, she said my lawyer needed to request a payment plan from the judge, but he was already gone and not answering his phone. So now I am emptying my bank accounts to pay $1200 by 4:30 today. Could it have been worse? Of course. But had he given me a realistic expectation of what he was going to be able to work out, I would’ve gone with another lawyer. And now, I wish I would have. All in all, Im glad it is over…but i wont be hiring Mr Palumbo again.
