I live in a condominium Community Access Unlimited (“CAU”) manages. In 2019, we had a fire that destroyed 2/3 of the property. Shortly after the fire, CAU higher ups, including Sidney Blanchard, met with the unit owners to discuss how we would rebuild after the fire and Poltrock was there as counsel. They suggested a contractor they’d used the year prior when they had a serious fire in another property. They did not suggest any other contractors and we as unit owner did not feel empowered to vet other options to take on such a large job nor were we given much time to try to.
