I was having serious problems with a large furniture company where I’d bought a king sized bed. I’d paid for the bed in cash up front and the salesperson said that if there were ever any problems, the warranty that I’d also purchased would cover problems other than misuse and intentional damage. I found out a year and a half after they delivered and installed the bed that their initial installation team had done it incorrectly. The company sent someone out to fix the problems with the bed, mostly the support in the built-in box spring, but the problems persisted. After several visits, the company suddenly said that the warranty didn’t cover the problems, despite the warranty having covered them up until then. I reached out with Mr. Lawrence Kroll for a consultation, and followed his recommended course of action. Once the furniture company heard from him, they finally came around and fixed the problem by replacing the entire bed. Now it’s been installed correctly and there are no more problems. I’m never going to buy from that furniture company ever again, but I’ll turn to Mr. Kroll for any future legal issues, that’s for sure. He’s courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and I can’t say enough good things about him.
