0 Stars. This woman is quite possibly the most miserable human being we’ve ever dealt with for a short period of time. Not only was she condescending and not helpful, but she basically shamed us for using ARAG (a service through our employer) for trying to find a lawyer to help us with our needs. She said “I don’t work through them, they hardly pay me anything and it’s a ridiculous amount of paperwork.” I understand she may not like how ARAG is treating her, but you don’t have to take that out on us. She could’ve kindly explained that she no longer uses that service and instead of talking down to us about our legal matter we were trying to find help on, she could’ve either kindly said she couldn’t help us or referred us to someone who could. But the route she took was the most unprofessional, rude way we’ve ever seen. My wife and I are both nurses and deal with all kinds of people each and every day out in the field, but she take the cake as one of the worst kind. 0 Stars if I could.
