I highly recommend David if you are looking for legal counsel related to family law matters. I needed to act fast (over a weekend) and reached out to David via email on a Saturday and received a response Saturday evening and a consultation that following Sunday afternoon.

Mr. Garnes was great and very knowledgeable. He was meticulously organized and advocated for me and my child when I filed for custody and CS. Communication was great and any documents that the court needed, he got to me in a timely manner. In addition, he has taken the time to gather documents needed for another matter that I filed, although he will not be representing me in court this time around. I would recommend him anytime.

These reviews gots to be fake. Hired him for my son’s custody case and was completely upset with the lack of effort he shown. The day before court he informed us that his colleague was going to fill in!! SHE HAD NO CLUE AS TO WHAT SHE WAS DOING!! NEEDLESS TO SAY THEY LOST!! What a waste of money!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS DUDE!!
