Do not use this attorney. If I could give 0 stars I would. He was referred to me from LegalShield and when he reviewed my case told me I didn’t need an attorney. I tried to go with that thinking he was OK but I was incorrect. Every time we were supposed to talk about my case he would cancel stating he was in court or some other excuse. Then on the day of the hearing that I paid for, the court had a mix up and there was a continuance and he wanted to be paid because we waited in the virtual courtroom. He told me he would refund me 975 of the 1165 I paid him and that he would not bill me for the courts error. Then when it was time for him to refund the money, he offered 275 dollars talking about filing fees and 3 hours of work. He literally kept emailing and got upset because I said I wasn’t sure that I wanted to use him after he failed to prepare me for the court case. Do yourself a favor and find a different attorney that will prepare you and honor his word.
He will not fight for what you want only what he feels like doing and once court is over dont expect even an explanation from this man because you are immediately met with a message requesting more money.. more than what original cost for entire case was just to speak about what happened in court…. Not a lawyer. He just goes through the motions with as minimal work as possible
