Leaving 5 stars because I can’t leave six! I never want to get hurt at work again; but if I do Ed will be my first phone call. Ed took the time to explain the entire process from start to finish. From day one Ed set realistic expectations and kept me well informed as to the status of my case as I endured my recovery process. I never once felt like I was just some case number/file; the sympathy and empathy were present the entire time.
