I went to a couple of law firms to file a post divorce motion. Lynette was kind enough to explain and go over what i needed to do to get this done. I was introduced to “Rachel Gentile” from her team of professionals . We filed the motion and won. I will continue to use the firm and I highly recommend them for all your family court related needs. I hired them in July 2024. I was very dissatisfied with how my case was handled. My 21 yr relationship and 14 years domestic partnership was cheating on me for years. He threatened me to end the DP and sell our Condo ownership 50% each we own. My attorney did nothing. I made it very clear I am NOT paying to termination of the DP. He wants it let him pay for it after he moved out to another state with his new interracial lady. I also was surprised that my Attorney had no knowledge of what I am entitled to as his DP.. that was a red flag of the knowledge the attorney had. I was not going to continue giving anymore $$ as nothing proactively was done. They closed my case and I am happy about it.
STAY AWAY FROM LARGE FAMILY FIRMS! I came from 2 large firms who handled my case very poorly one after the other. Nothing was accomplished and the retainer was gone within the month.
