I called to make an appointment for my elderly Aunt who wanted to have her will drawn up. We were given an appointment the next day at 3pm. This was to be a phone call appt and then I was told she would have to go into the office to sign the papers. I was told that Peter would call her at 3pm. It is currently 7:30 pm and she never received a call. I called the office at 3:45 to ask what was going on and was told that Peter was behind and would call her shortly. I find it completely unprofessional that no one from the office called to tell her that Peter was behind and to expect a call at a later time or the next day. To not call at all??? Horrible service and I will be contacting another lawyer tomorrow and we will be happy to give that new lawyer our business.
Mr Lucas and his staff have been absolutely wonderful helping me handle my dads estate. We came to him after being taken advantage of by another lawyer during our most tragic times. Needless to say, we ended up with the right Law office handling our estate. They are highly knowledgeable and professional and took care of everything in a timely manner.
