I felt compelled to leave the law offices of Friedel & Kramer a review as I don’t usually submit any on google or any platform at that. Mrs. Kramer is amazing! Ms Friedel. Esq was courteous, efficient and knowledgeable in her field. She answered all our questions in a timely manner. I found her to be one of the best in her field. I would have no hesitation to use her again and recommend her to friends and family.
I sat with Kramer for only a half hour. He was nice and compassionate. I did speak to other lawyers and just wanted to go over a few things before I made my final decision to go with him. I called and left them a message. 4 days later I still did not hear for them so I decided to give a call agian about retaining him. His wife said if I wanted to to speak with him I would have to pay to go any further, all I was asking for was a 5 minute phone call just to finalize things before making my final decision. I basically begged just to have a few mins of his time and she didn’t want to hear it. Obviously thier priorities are not in my best interest or my daughters so I’m sure it would be the same for you. Money talks for these people not their emotions.
