I would recommend you to keep looking. I will fight my case again next year on my own — I might get better results than just relying on their lawyers to fight for me. There I was, trying to answer questions during the hearing that I wasn’t prepared to answer, and so was the other person this firm was representing that day. At no point the lawyer I hired to fight for me tried to intervene to try to defend me or anything remotely close to that. Right then and there, I knew I lost the case. Therefore, I would say — stay away from these people. They are eitehr very inexperienced or they have no idea what they are doing. Take your chances elsewhere. Good luck.
