I had to file bankruptcy after a 3 cancer diagnosis. I worked with Chris and I honestly cannot say enough good things about him. My situation is a bit different than most but I had filed a lawsuit years prior to the bankruptcy and it was pending (no hopes because the company was also in bankruptcy) but I had gotten a settlement amount after I had filed. Chris was on top of everything more than my lawyers!. So when you have a suit going and you’re in bankruptcy things are very difficult. (It’s not common) I had spoke with Chris more than my own lawyers (which shouldn’t have been the case, I’m not happy with my lawsuit office) but I am extremely pleased with Chris Kelley, he found out updates, and honestly had more information than the lawyers working on my case. If I ever emailed or called, he returnd such in a very timely manner. He worked extremely hard on not only my bankruptcy but everything else in-between. He is extremely professional, understanding, and a caring person. I had met with another bankruptcy lawyer prior to meeting him (you don’t buy the first car you drive) but I am extremely glad I went with Chris Kelley, he seemed and was much more knowledgeable, professional, confident and to the point.. Thank You Chris! I highly recommend him. Noone ever wants to file bankruptcy but he made it very easy and painless.
