John Riff was a lawyer that handed out our guaranteed deeds when we Bought our land . We went to go and get the land surveyed. They weren’t even close. We lost an acre of land called him about it and didn’t honor anything or offer to help us out our bad on not doing our homework. Be careful don’t make the same mistake we did.!
Helped me with my deed . Quick and fair service ! I Will use again in the future.
I hired this firm to help me with my father’s estate. I didn’t know anything about inheritance or being an executor. I thought after I gave them my retainer fee that they would keep me apprised everything that was going on, but they didn’t. I had to guess every step of the way and that the inheritance some have been giving out, they gave somebody too much money and they had to redo The estate. So now that they have given out too much money. And I happen to catch it, not the lawyer. Now it is back in court again which was supposed to be all over October 3. Trying to get a second admendment. Have to wait another month or longer. I even had to call the lawyer to find out what was going on over after more than a week and they hurried up and got it to the courthouse twice. 1 st one was a mistake again. So now we have to wait, mean while the person that was given to much money, had spent it, so no way of getting that back and now what happens to the rest of the beneficiaries that won’t be enough money to distribute to the rest of the beneficiaries. Very incompetent! So now I am left not knowing what to do, the estate lawyer I hired isn’t telling me anything! Except that it is back to court.
