When I came to JD I was distraught, I had almost $40,000 in medical bills for an accident that an insurance company said was my fault and didn’t know what to do. “In 2019 I was seriously injured in a car accident where I was rear ended in Carson City by a commercial truck. And the other driver’s insurance company did not call us back. Even then, the insurance company delayed sending the settlement check, as agreed, and my attorneys had to threaten to get a court order forcing payment. Finally, after added delay, the insurance paid. And then, in late summer of 2023, we settled the 2022 case for the full insurance policy limits. Sullivan Law fought these legal battles for me every step of the way, even bringing in reinforcements with Bradley Drendel & Jeanney. And the attorneys were able to get a steep discount of my medical bills which really helped settle these two complex and intertwined cases. Such a stressful 4 years but things finally came to a closure.
