My case was clear cut No-Fault. Rear ended at a red light. This case took 1yr 11months to settle. Pre-Litigation is “5 STARS** they were informative, Michelle & her team kept me up to date on its process & worked to get me as much as possible. The litigation process, Charles was a lot like “Quick fix”, settle for the minimal, no effort to actually fight for my case. If I wanted a 5th rate litigation experience to represent my case It would have been equivalent to relying on the firms intern if they had one. They could have done a better job. I was told I could NOT ask for more, but when I challenged the offer, declined, my litigator assured it would delay the case and the other party would not settle causing my case to take additional months.The result of challenging my litigators advice, I received the bare minimum extra.. of what i FELT i could ask for & there was only a few days delay. I was led to believe my case had issues and the only way to settle was to cut lawyer fees in order to receive the original bare minimum which was 1k+ less. If i had known this was the level of service id receive, I would have IMMEDIATELY given my case to a real law firm who works for their clients, not a litigator who makes you & your case feel you only deserve the minimum & your file on their desk is a nuisance to their daily social media browsing. Bring a litigation lawyer on your team who actually cares & you’ll have a 5 star team! You cant go to the Superbowl when the Quarterback doesn’t care to win!!
