Mr. Madelung did not advocate for me, pushed me through like I was just a number. Repeatedly made mistakes and cost over $3000. Settled out of court in fear of losing more than what was in the settlement. His caseload seemed to be too large and abandoned my case several times. Mr. Madelung had me sign the wrong document 03/2024 and still has not corrected it. I have no idea what is going to change or how much it will cost me. Never have I felt so alone with an attorney. Please, if you have a custody case, go elsewhere. I apologize for the negative review. Hopefully it will help another person with custody. Time is too precious!
A professional, and calm office environment. The staff went over and beyond relaying messages, as he was in court. Mr. Madelung was given documents at the last minute, and he made us feel that he would do everything in his power to ensure that our voice would be heard. Thank you, Mr. Madelung and staff.
