I wouldn’t use James. I bid on an estate planning package at a breast cancer fundraiser. I should have known to walk away when it took a couple phone calls to get him to respond to set up an appointment. He then cancelled the first appointment when we were pulling into his parking lot. After finally having an initial consultation, James said he would have our will & trust done the next week. We never received anything from him. I called and texted him 4 times before receiving a response. At that time James texted and said he would get it to me by the end of the week (which was 6 weeks after he first said we would receive it). Nope, never happened. I texted and called James several more times and never received a response. After 3 months I gave up trying and moved on to a more reliable and reputable firm to use for my estate planning needs. I’m thankful that my wife has recovered from breast cancer. If someone had bid on this package to get their affairs in order, it would have added more stress to an already awful situation for that family.
