This law frim is prejudice, bias, and discriminatory against single black fathers I paid TERRI Vukonich 3,000.00 to file a contempt action against the other parent due to abuse and not complying with the court order or parenting time however TERRI VUCKONICH drafted a modification and billed me for the phone call of her explaining what she was doing on 7/25/2024 in the amount of 385.00 on 7/30/2024 she called me in her office to sign paperwork and go over the same thing and she charged me 105.00 which the 385.00 four days ago shouldn’t of been billed to me if she planned on having me come in the office to explain the same thing which = 490.00 this attorney falsely charged me 2,000.00 in phone calls just so she would not represent me in court on the 26th of November 2024 now I’m without legal representation and they will not refund the money after I explained that Terri did not do as I requested after taking the 3,000.00 after she ended her services the remaining balance was 364.27 I have not went to one court date with this attorney she would call me and bill me for her calls then say she wasn’t gone to bill me to save the retainer for court I trusted them with my last to save my baby from abuse and bad parenting now I’m left with nothing but false charges and excessive billing just to not represent me in court SYSTEMATIC RACISM DO NOT HIRE AN ATTORNEY FROM THIS FRIM I HAVE FILE GRIEVANCES ALSO THIS ATTORNEY TERRI VUKONICH
