Jordan Piper is amazing! She got to know my case and got me a great outcome. I’m so grateful to her!
Edit: I must admit my prior review was unfair towards the PD directly and should have been solely about the front office. Just make sure you call if you dont get a letter and close to the hearing date to verify things. However; I’m very impressed with Alex Sycher as a Public Defender! He worked above and beyond when he believed my brothers innocence to a mis-identity arrest / attempted prosecution. Once Alex and we (my disabled brother and I), were able to meet and talk, things went uphill. Gave us hope!
The receptionists are just god awful. I was if an attorney was in and without any exchange of words did she transfer me to a voicemail. So I called back and said, “hey I asked if someone was in and I got transferred which wasn’t what I was looking for.” The next lady then proceeded to tell me to “let her talk” as I was saying “I’m sure you guys are busy but take a breath.” SMH get it together ladies and if you don’t like the 100 phone calls an hour you guys get, FIND A NEW JOB!!!
