Avoid this firm. Mr. Waite and his team were ultimately ineffective, expensive, and very slow with communication. Some deadlines were rushed or missed because he was not paying attention. At a crucial juncture in the case, Mr. Waite refused to answer our questions and instead used sarcasm to criticize our opinions and decisions. Very unprofessional, unhelpful, and discourteous.
I had a disappointing experience with this legal firm. Their communication was extremely slow, to the point where it felt like they were hardly responsive at all. They missed some important deadlines. Their rates were generally quite a bit higher than others in their market. What’s worse, they actually charged us for the time spent discussing billing concerns, which was quite frustrating. Overall, I would not recommend this law firm based on my experience.
