VERY DISPLEASED With the Services or Lack there of, of Nick Valle. Although in the “free consultation” Mr. Valle was VERY Impressive – a Bulldog to be exact – I found that his first impression was FAR from the service he offered. I dealt with him for over a year – on a simple child support , and insurance adjustment from the original divorce decree. Between multiple turnovers in his staff (understandable) being “unavailable” to return calls, e-mails or see me face to face – and then blaming the opposing council for the delays, I was left with the only decision I could me and that was to file a complaint with the Nebraska Bar association. I was Extremely Frustrated and would not have normally taken such a drastic step, but I felt Mr. Valle left me no choice. Oddly enough there was nearly an immediate resolution to my case. Now the actual outcome was a far cry from the estimated dollars suggestion in that infamous consultation, But I at least had some updates granted……..I will say that Mr. Valle did adjust his own fees when everything was finalized, but I do not believe without the Nebraska Bar Association backing me up that his fees would have been adjusted.
