I hired Jim Truell to help me with a civil matter concerning my ex-wife and children, once I consulted with him and paid the retainer he would not return my phone calls. I called every day for about 2 weeks before he called me back and told me ” I am busy on a big case involving multiple attorney’s ” . When I would go into his office and discuss what i would like to happen he would act like what I was saying wasn’t important and then proceed to say ” what we are going to do is”. When My ex-wife called him and said she wanted something a certain way and I told him how I would like for it to be and he tol me ok, when we got to court he wrote it up the way she wanted it and it became legal. my ex-wife also called Jim and asked if she could claim the children on taxes, which clearly read that she claimed the oldest and i claimed the youngest for tax purposes, but Jim told her yes. to me this is a conflict of interest
