This law firm is a joke. We had retained one of the lawyers here in a child custody case. In 5 months the lawyer had only registered our decree from one state to another (and never told us when the decree was registered). When we finally had heard from him, he was full of excuses and also let us know that he had taken a position on at another firm and he wouldn’t be able to represent us any further. He couldn’t give any information about what was left of the retainer or when we would get it back. He said he would draft our modification for us before he had left. A week had gone by and he was “too busy” to do anything so I told him not to bother as we had already retained another lawyer. Now, it’s been close to a month and I still have no information about where the remainder of the money is. I’ve called & left voicemails that have gone completely unanswered which happened with Nathan when he was our lawyer as well. Do not go here! You’d be better off paying more for a better lawyer or even just representing yourself. No communication, no professionalism, and it doesn’t appear that the people working here care about their clients. I only gave one star because I had to. If it were up to me, I would have given no stars. (At least the receptionist was always friendly)
