This woman helped my Uncle Mike be a predator and get my mother to change her will and she had Alzheimer’s . When her husband passed and she was put in to get Samaritan home she will not return a phone call she also and I have proof helped my step sister draw up a quick claim deed so that my step sister could steal my mom’s house from me. Two days after her dad died how could her dad sign a piece of paper for a quick claim deed and accept a house from my mom who had Alzheimer’s two days after he was dead these people are crooked
Unethical in multiple ways, and not just Rachel but the whole operation. They also have new attorneys, which are from an office in Omaha, sent to stir-up new business and push out standardized documents.
My dad passed over 2 years ago and I am a benificiary. Since he passed I have tried to reach Rachel with questions a handful of times. She will not return a call and a good friend goes through the same thing. I’ve had to have other attorneys read the trust to answer my questions on 2 occasions. Both said the trust was poorly written.
