I needed to get advice on doing an affidavit for an informal probate. I was charged $500 which I thought was a decent price. When I took the paper with me to show a different state that I had the authority of personal representation for this will I was told that court wouldn’t accept it unless signed by a court in Montana. When I got he from the court ordeal in the conflicting state I called the office to verify if I was supposed to take the paper they had drawn up for me to the courthouse. I really received no help or substantial advice. I then went to the court house and paid them a little over $100 to accomplish the same thing. I didn’t need what this law office did for me at all. To top things off I received a bill from them for a bit under $70 to call and poss the question about getting the paper they had drawn up taken to the court. Very disgusted with this office. The whole reason was to show the conflicting state I was authorized by a will to take care of the estate. I have to travel back across the country again. The whole thing has cost me into the thousands. And I still owe them for posing a question…./
