First off, I have never written a negative review of a business in my life, however, I believe it is my duty to write a review in this situation. I think Sarah and her staff are very nice and I wish the best for them in life, but I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience using them for a patent application. The initial application ended up costing thousands more than I was estimated in an email and even after that, the overpricing never seemed to slow down. Needless to say, I switched patent lawyers part way through the process, and my new patent lawyer has had to redo a decent amount of the work that had been done by this company… My new lawyer is $100 more per hour, yet is still less expensive since he sticks to his verbal estimates per transaction. Extremely displeased with my experience with this law office.
