I called a few days prior to Thanksgiving, was told everyone was out for the holiday and someone would call me back the following week. Never received a call and 2 1/2 weeks later I call to follow up. A woman answers the phone this time. Missed her name, but Dylan was the first person I spoke to. The woman proceeds to tell me if no one emailed me back then they couldn’t help me. I explained I only have my name, phone number, and briefly what I was looking for. She continued to very condescendingly explain that unless I got an email that they couldn’t help me. I finally asked if are they are an IP firm or not and was she just trying to run off new clients. She chose them to decide I must have spoken with Dylan and that since he was the original person I spoke to that she would transfer me to him with a slightly more professional “k, thanks, bye”. Dylan was quite a bit nicer and explained since no one got back to him then likely no one has the availability and that’s why I didn’t get a return call with it being end of year everyone is swamped. Well, I’m assuming he was aware of that when I originally called or he could have simply followed through and called back to let me know. I told him thank you and relayed that the woman I spoke with all but ran me off after using an excuse that didn’t apply and was very rude. He got snippy and informed me that she’s been doing it for 10-15 years without a y issues and they’ll take my feedback into consideration. Just because someone is in a position doesn’t mean they’re appropriate for it nor does the amount of time negate the fact that she was rude and condescending to someone she’d never spoken to while she was representing a company. I’m not sure I’ve ever left a review or very few, but this woman was awful enough to prompt me to figure it out.
I had experience of dealing with Andy Adamek of the Browning, Kaleczyc, Berry and Hoven firm on the opposing side. They have always behaved in a professional and respectful manner. They tend to be a bit aggressive for my tastes (hence the 4 stars instead of 5) but overall, they seemed oriented on finding a resolution as opposed to dealings I have had with other firms (where they seem to purposefully stir stuff up to make it worse). Overall, they seem like a professional quality firm.
The staff is friendly and the people here are amazing. Highly recommended!
