I would never trust or retain! He told me he could sign papers for his client so that he could file his response before 5. This was because I didn’t agree with the dissolution and wouldn’t sign. I called him out on it and then changed to him getting a proxy. He is a very vague person with his words words which leaves many loopholes for his client to gain control and basically basically screw over the other. In my case he is not my attorney. My husband and I have a business together in which he wants to disassociate from yet in the paperwork it states he will transfer it to me as soon as possible after the final decree is filed! Hahaahahah come on, are you serious!? You think that’s acceptable!? Whether he is your attorney or you are the other party I would be very careful and make sure that his words don’t leave any loopholes and have specific dates for everything!!

A gem of a man who believes is his clients. As a woman it’s truly comforting to talk to Peter, as he is gentle, kind and compassionate. He explains things in a way that I can understand and has never made me feel out of place. The man is incredibly smart and has given me hope. He fights for me at times when I don’t even know he is. This has led me to never question his loyalty, Peter has proven to me he’s with me til the end. He’s further shown me that he is not about the money at all; time after time he’s demonstrated he’s a man of principle. His methodical work ethic ensures he won’t let you down, it’s not always feasible a lawyer can return a phone call in short order, but his return calls/emails were always timely enough for my case. I’m truly blessed that Mr Carroll chose to take my case: I can’t say enough good things about him. He helps me stay strong and keep the faith by just being who he is.

Went to a mediation with Peter last week. Very impressed with his handling of a delicate, lengthy matter.
