When I was first Looking for a Lawyer with particular expertise, every professional I talked to wanted so much money to be compensated for a “consultation”. After running through so many of these professionals who are already in a profession that charges obscene amounts of “billing”, in a glutted market, where their ads claim “”compassion” and “client service”, I happened to call a Lawyer who actually ANSWERED THE PHONE in his own personal voice. This person was Nick LeTang, and over the course of almost an hour, he gave me all the essential information I needed. He not only did this, but did it without regard to “looking at the clock”, but trying to answer my questions with the degree of “compassion” and attention to “client services” that all these other firms purported to represent. He did this FREE OF CHARGE. He not only knew what I wanted, but anticipated what I would require. When I went to see him for an appointment, he again went through all my questions, answered them thoroughly, was totally respectful, and instead of giving me some open ended figure as to fees, gave me a flat rate structure. Again, he did not charge for the appointment. This is not something I would expect on a regular basis, but to find a Person of such integrity and understanding to every individual situation, and to possess such a regard for a client’s well- being rather than how much they get for their time, is something very rare in this world. It is the reason why I do recommend Nick LeTang so highly, but in the same perspective, do NOT want him to get TOO busy, because I’d like to keep him all for myself. He is that much of a Great professional, and through his dedication and putting his customer’s needs first, is a very rare and wonderful person. Thank you, Nick, for being a bright beacon in your profession, and being a Kind and Caring example of what the Legal profession should be.
