Very rude when I talked to them. Use someone else

I absolutely DO NOT recommend this firm. I was advised that there was a legal case against me in Montana. I called them to ask them to look up my name in the system and see if there was such a case and if so what it was regarding. This is a normal question at any firm. The first person who answered had no access to the state court case system. She then transferred me to a 2nd person a paralegal who claimed that they have to do a conflict check before looking up my name in the court case system. Then she got snotty with me and told me not to call back if I am not a client of the firm. Well, how could I become a client if I don’t even know if there is a case against me??

If you require representation, this firm is top shelf. They were thorough. They delivered a positive result.
