Extremely disappointed with this firm. Mindi (Melissa) “represented” me in my case against a former employer. My HRB claim was almost closed without my knowledge because she failed to meet multiple deadlines with the state. She has refused to communicate, and I’d be lucky to get a response after multiple emails and texts. I was forced to call the firm and leave her messages. It’s of concern that she’s not listed on the website. It should also be noted that due to her lack of professionalism and effort I am now looking for another lawyer. I must explain to new counsel that her incompetence led to an improper investigation and failure to provide the HRB process with full evidence of my claims. Please don’t risk a Pro Bono situation with her.
