I have tried for over a year to find out about our case that my brother Richard Colborn hired him to handle and he has not once returned any of my calls or text and the case has never went to court. 2024 year now he still has not ever returned any information on the property at 510 Walnut Ave in Cabool Missouri my brother payed him 5000.dollars to file this case in in or around 2021 and my brother Richard has since passed away and this lawyer has still done nothing with this case there was 6 of us siblings now there are only 4 I would not recommend this lawyer he has all our names and numbers to get a hold of us but have not heard anything on this property and as a siblings of the owner of this property I’m interested in it since it belonged to my mom and dad and my brother got the property when our mother died and now that my brother is gone I would like this settled or get my sister moved out of this home
I get very stressed easily and overwhelmed. Mr. Rodery took us by the hand and led us easily through the process, did a FINE thorough job and got us a positive outcome! I can not thank this office enough for handling a very stressful time of my life, so well!
Mr Rodery was summoned to appear in court on my behalf on May 23,2023 and failed to appear, failed to notify court I was filing bankruptcy, failed to notify me and cost me $10000 due to a judgement that could have been prevented according to the judge and court clerk had he showed or filed paperwork that I was filing bankruptcy. Court said I was not notified from then because he was my attorney by hire. This case was opened in 2023 to be correct and it still doesn’t give an attorney legal right to miss a court date on purpose.
