He wasn’t willing to fight for me or my children. This man is to scared of the corrupt system to fight for people’s rights. Wow blatant defamation of character and slander by post this. Office secretary Cathy was very rude. She had terrible manners. Cut me off after I would speak my wants on my case after she would ask what I want in my documents, also with a terrible attitude and demeanor when talking to me with a seemingly belittling motive. Nelson tried charging me $7,000 and then I found out that in the CITY (Springfield) I live in, most retainer fees are only $3500 – $4500. When I called to voice my concerns to him about his secretary he had no cares and was willing to drop a customer at the snap of fingers that I had paid full in already. He did reverse my money though! And was willing to work with me and only charge me $5,000 after I asked .. my guess is because he was already over charging me.
Lady in the office submitted a custody agreement that was not within my terms and it was behind my back. It actually was not a beneficial agreement for me. Mr Nelson didn’t even know what was going on in my case. They wasn’t listening to anything I had to say. They never call and let you know what’s happening in your case. By far the worst attorney office I have ever dealt with and the most expensive.
