Robert Zick was hired to do a basic Trust for me and my wife in 2021. During the preliminary meeting we were told it would cost $1200.00-$1500.00 so we agreed to the cost .Going forward he mailed our personal information out and it was lost and never to be found. I asked him why did he not send it certified and he had no good answer. Once the Trust was finalized we had received a surprised bill for approximately $3600.00, so we called the office for an explanation and were told revisions were the reason so we asked what revisions because we had only changed one name and he replied he would have to dig into it and he would have to charge us more. i WOULD NOT recommend Zick to anyone.
Kurt Voss is best lawyer in Franklin County. If you need knowledgeable lawyer that actually fights for you he’s your guy.
