Worked with them (Susie) to redo documents that were long forgotten and poorly made. She was an amazing asset! She took the time to listen, reviewed our old items, (will, medical directives, etc.), gave great suggestions, thoroughly answered questions, and completed all of our new documents accurately and efficiently. I was astounded how many items needed to be reworked completely or adjusted. She gave us directions on how to make sure items were mailed, signed, and requested correctly and was available for questions or support during the whole process. I now feel so much more informed, protected, and planned. It was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend her or her group to anyone.
