Ben Creedy was phenomenal to work with, as was his staff! I worked closely with Ben, Lauren, and Kelly for over 2 1/2 years. During this time I was shown great respect and always felt part of “the team”, working together to right the wrong that happened to me. Since I do not have a legal background, I had many questions during this process. I was never made to feel that my questions were stupid. Ben and his staff answered them promptly and always made sure that I had all the information that I needed.

Logan Taylor was incredibly helpful in handling a recent speeding ticket. The ticket wasn’t showing up in the system so we were having difficultly finding out how to pay the fine/ what next steps were. We reached out 9am and she had a resolution for us by 10:30am. She is incredibly communicative and helpful. It’s such a sigh of relief to not have to chase people for updates!

Professionalism at its finest – super friendly staff, very knowledgeable, and incredibly prompt. We will use this firm in the future!
