My ex tried to steal custody from me with slander and false statements. I’m happy that Cynthia was able to make a fair and accurate judgement on my case. Not easy going through a divorce, but happy to have this GAL appointed.
Cynthia Albin was the GAL for my court case and was highly unprofessional and childish in her court submissions. We asked for court appointed therapy for our child, which she took over a month and a half to provide terrible counseling. She didn’t protect the child whatsoever and it’s clear she just collects money and does nothing.
Trisha McCulloch served as the GAL on my case and I couldn’t be more disappointed in her. She failed to protect children at event the most basic level. She avoids calls, fails to respond to emails and provided ZERO guidance in the case. She seems only concerned about her next career move and running her campaign events as she is running for judge (as seen on Facebook). Her vacant responses, BIAS practices, and lack of follow through only further to support the deep distrust people have with most attorneys. While she was busy planning golf tournaments and wine tastings my children suffered and continue to do so. How can you be running for judge when you cant do the job you have now?
