NO ONE calls back!! I tried to set up a consultation and called FOUR different times over two weeks. Each time, someone took down my information and said I’d get a call back. No one ever followed through. Every time I called again, it was a different person who had no idea I had already called. It felt disorganized and frustrating, and I never got a chance to speak with an attorney. Unacceptable for a law office.
