I’d rather be robbed at gun point than by a con man attorney. At lest you know where you stand. I paid Kielty 10,000 and he never even did depositions. After two years of stalling my case the judge set a trial date and Kielty wasn’t prepared. His excuse was that he had 500 other clients. I fired him with only two months left to find another attorney and prepare for trial. After I wrote this review Kielty gave $5,000.00 back. I have to give him credit for the refund but I’m still in a time sensitive situation with the court.
