I was incredibly blessed to have Kyle appointed as my public defender. My first interaction with him I was homeless and using drugs and called him THE NIGHT BEFORE my court date. I was probably rambling and making no sense at the time of the phone call. THE NEXT DAY at court he shows up with a bag and inside he brought me a polo shirt and instructed me to wear at next court appearance, he also brought food, snacks and drinks which he said was from he and his son due to their sympathy to my situation. He represented me that day for the one case he was appointed to but I had 3 more felony charges and 4 misdemeanors that he also became my representative for. When court was finished that day he even asked how I got there cuz he knew my situation and even gave me a ride in his personal car to where I needed to go. Also while my legal trouble was going on I missed a court date of my own fault and was issued a warrant for my arrest which Kyle handled and took care of for me on a case he wasn’t even my lawyer for! To wrap it all up he was always there for me anytime I needed anything and most importantly got me into a program which as a result really helped my legal situation for the best in a way I never even dreamed possible. 5 stars truly isn’t enough for this man and I truly consider myself incredibly blessed for him being my lawyer and I would recommend him to family, friends and everyone in between. Thanks Kyle and see you for the last misdemeanor case to wrap up haha.
If I could rate at a 0 I would. I reached out via phone on three separate occasions to inquire about the viability of a case with this firm and each time the lady that answered the phone told me I would receive a call back. All three calls were placed to the law firm in January. It’s March and I have never received a return call.
Kyle was recommended to me by another firm. He looked over a commercial lease for me and was extremely helpful. He explained things clearly and was very responsive.
