STAY AWAY! It pains me to give them a one-star because they deserve a much lower rating. I had a simple name change case and was quoted $800 during my initial consultation. They informed me of their trust balance procedure and let me know that I would need to put down a $2700 deposit. They explained that as my case was worked they would add up the charges against my trust balance and that when they case was closed I would be refunded the remained. So, if the $800 quote was accurate, I would be refunded $1900. This was all a lie. After charging my card the $2700, they continued to charge it weekly, to a current total of $5,496.62. I have checked with another law firm who told me this is NOT the standard practice in the field.
My experience with strange law firm. They are very quick on getting you to the right path and always gives advice that you wanted to hear and always to the right direction. No ! they are not cheap but you also have a whole team working with you not just your attorney. My attorney Bill Cook is very polite and professional. When it comes to whatever you need to get it done he always has a solution for all your problems and delivered just that. He worked hard on my case always answer my question and even on Saturday and Sunday he’ll still be answer to you witch is very important to me at that time because sometimes those kind of questions you just needed the answer right the way to put your mind to rest and easier to plan your life when it comes to family matter and your children well being. My case got done in a very smooth with understanding and problem has been cleared up and agreed. So I highly recommend working with Bill and stang lawfirm.
