This place is absolute fraud. Me an my wife was quoted $2500 for (half probate) meaning we wouldnt do full probate an would wait a year to make it cheaper an easier. $11,000 later here we are. We have delt with 3 of the attorneys who work up there, awnsered the same questions multiple times an been billed for them, there has been so much confusion on there end. In order to do half probate you wait 1 year an then you can start. 11 months after we first talked an decided on half probate they start drafting all the papers to do full probate. We tell them that we never have said we wanted to do full probate an they inform us they have already started an will cut us a deal, ( full probate was $5000) no body has fought us threw this whole case why are we paying $11,000?? We have emails an recorded conversations because we are a young couple in our 30s. Did Heather McBride think she could take advantage of us? We sent Heather a email asking why we was being charged all this money an she sent she was in a meeting/call an could further look into it. Then her next sentence was it would probley be none productive to look into it any further. We have paid all this money for them to fill everything an get us a deed with a copy, I had to get that myself at the court house. 3 years ago we started an they still have gave us nothing… worst experience ever highly recommend looking else we’re for a attorney, this place is a joke. Heather McBride is not a good attorney.
Austin Williamson and his paralegal DeeDee have been absolutely phenomenal. I had a modification done to my parenting plan and child support and the outcome was what I had asked for. Austin will work the hardest and fight to get what you need done. He knows his stuff. He put up with all my questions and phone calls and emails with grace (even when I probably didn’t deserve it) and kindness. I will definitely recommend him to anyone needing legal service.
