INCREDIBLY RUDE. I’m 33 years old and my 10 minute phone call for a consultation with them is one of the rudest in my entire life. The man I spoke to would like to be treated like a God. If you dare to speak and do not keep your place as a lowly peasant he will tell you to basically shut up and let him speak. The man actually hung up on me. He has forgotten that he would have been paid by me, not the other way around. There are a lot of lawyers in Springfield. I would highly suggest going other places. Professionals need to remember this is the media age and if they are rude there are reviews online.
