Horrible experience after we met he didn’t do what we agreed upon and secured a contract with a vary expensive appraiser. As soon as I saw the contract with added requirements that we agreed not include and missing items that we did agree upon. I called his office and 4 days later he called. I described the errors. His reply was it was ok ignorng our agreement. I asked him if I’m going to be responsible for his mistakes. He told me that he was dropping me as a client and kept a large portion of my retainer. I wouldn’t recommend him to anybody. He is arrogant and cant admit his a mistake. This behavior is typical of a narcissistic individual.
Did not protect the estate, poor communication, lack of effort and just wanted to milk it for every dollar. Only cares about himself. He was NOT my choice but my dads wife (would of been ex wife) if he would of stayed alive.
