Kelly is not money hungry according to these other reviews. Kelly is a very straightforward lawyer and has expectations from her clients. I am one of those clients. Kelly does not bullshit anyone or deceive anyone in anyway shape or form. She tells you what to do to help your case before a judge. Of all the lawyers I have experienced, Kelly is the one that has helped me with personal growth and wisdom in dealing with the courts. Kelly does charge a fee for everything she does and a worker is worthy of their wages.
I used kelly for my divorce. She helped me through every step start to finish. She kept me well informed and on schedule with court dates, I always got a phone call to tell me how hearings went if didnt have to attend or any communications she had with oposing counsel. Kelly is well in tune with clay county court. She fought hard for me in a difficult case. And the outcome was much better than I had expected going into the proceedings. I highly recommend Kelly and have actually referred a good friend and a family member to her
Do not ever use Kelly Ruark , she is rude and very one sided and money hungry . She did things in court that I refused and did not ask for and two days before my court date she dropped me , she never calls or tells you what is going on and charges $30 a email over and over… most worthless lawyer I have had so far !! Stay away from Kelly Ruark she does not care about her clients at all . ( NOT EVEN A 1 star )
