Visited Smith Law after seeing another firm re: a will/trust. The first barely looked at the POA and other documents I did online and offered his versions of those and many other forms in a 3 ring binder.for $3000. Smith Law carefully looked at the documents I had done on my own and explained that there was only one other I needed to avoid probate. His firm could do it for a few hundred dollars. Said he already makes enough money, didn’t need more from me. There are good people in this world!
Go somewhere else! I have used for a speeding ticket case and a probate will case. Always check Google reviews..the speeding ticket was simple process and the probate was a mess. Both cases were unorganized and was not really happy with that in a law firm.
