As a Judge he showed nothing but understanding and compassion for my case against animal control. And was very in tune of what was trying to take place. I was scared and thought that not having someone to represent me and my dog that justice would not prevail, but I was very wrong. My dog and I won our case against animal control and Judge Klopfenstein was fair and listened to every detail and we won our case. I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. Yes, he is hard to get ahold of. But if it’s important that you talk to him , keep calling… 2 times a day if you need to. He did what seemed impossible for me, selflessly. Mr. Klopfenstein, is a business man and knows his business and conducts accordingly.
Do not ever use this man as an attorney. He doesn’t care about his client’s at all all. He cares about is money he is a Worthless attorney.
