Well!! My grandmother and grandfather’s home/ mine that I’ve lived at for most of my life got foreclosed on ,I payed 600$ out the gate, then a few days later I signed some papers and gave another 100$, I’ve made a few phone calls and I still haven’t received a phone call back! I recieved a notice in the mail the home was going to be foreclosed on the 26th at Jackson County courthouse! Well , the landmark equity company had a silent auction and the place I called home has been sold out from under me! The specialized loan company refused 6 thousand dollars I had tried sending them , the denied the payment , also I had made payments before and they act as I hadn’t, I have bank statements! But yet here I am packing my home up to be stranded! Thank all of you for the great experience!
