This law office does not do anything in a timely manner. My uncle’s estate has been in probate since 2017 and it’s one issue after another with Mr. Saab’s office. Even though I am no longer represented by my own counsel, this office will not speak with me or the other heirs. The PR also gets the run around. Their paralegal Dana gives excuse after excuse of why things are not moving along. I even took the reins and spent hours on the phone with Capital Group myself to get the heirs partial distribution of an IRA because this office could not figure out how to do it (for several years). The last I heard from them in Sept 2023 was that they were still waiting on a tax refund for taxes filed in Feb 2023! I don’t understand why this office keeps dragging their feet. It’s been 7 years – get it done!
We have used Joe for two separate custody cases in the last 12 years and he has always pulled through for us! He even traveled 2.5 hours to STL on several occasions for one of them. He goes above and beyond for his clients, and so does his paralegal, Brittany. They are both very tentative and knowledgeable. Brittany is always available to answer any questions you have! Highly recommend Saab & Associates.
