Jennifer Breedlove was our court appointed GAL. We called and scheduled our appointment before the other party (months in advance). We arrived to our appointment our usual 15-20 minutes early (first impressions are important). While in the waiting area the receptionist opened their service window advising our appointment was an hour later than it was scheduled for. We in return advised it was not. They closed the window and reopened it advising they made a mistake and called the other party to reschedule our appointment. They told us we could wait in the waiting room for an hour or reschedule. Not happy with this, we questioned them. I mean, who wants to wait an hour for an appointment they were early for? Jennifer Breedlove flings the door open to their office and very assertively advises I don’t need to be there (I am step-mom of the child) so I was telling my husband bye while Jennifer continued to be hateful towards my husband with their office’s mistake and acting like it was our fault. We requested a change of GAL at that point. Meanwhile the courts still made us pay this worthless company and the new GAL as she refused to keep our case. So much for being for the “child”. We were advised to remove our review during our open case, so we did. It’s over so here’s our opinion with this POS company – MAINLY Jennifer Breedlove and her useless receptionist.
Got a ticket when I was absolutely in the wrong, and he made the process, and penalty, as simple, and minimal as possible. Would recommend them to any of my friends, or family.
